Married his 13 year old cousin when in his 20's.

I don't care what his music was like, I'm out.

Greatest of all the rock and roll stars of the 50's. Absolutely electric and an inspiration to all the wild rock musicians that followed.
R I P wild man. Give that great piano in the sky a real bashing.

Didn't this happen with Tanya Roberts a couple of years ago? Gone, alive, gone again?

Am guessing tmz gets all sorts of tips (paid or otherwise) from insiders and he may well have been dead when they reported it.
Eddie Murphy is still going , right?

A bit like Little Richard when you see his stuff from the 50's its still electric. Hard to imagine how it was received back then.
Revolutionary stuff
Wild man, crazy man but the music was amazing.

BBC reporting he died just a couple of days after a hoax report of his death on tmz

I’d argue it was true but they jumped the gun from the agreed announcement. Or it was some coincidence of a hoax

JLL has finally passed aged 87, cause not known yet

Seems like he may have been murdered earlier in the week by Len. It's the only reasonable explanation.

But Methusaleh's dead...

Oh, hang on, the only source is the Bible, and candidate books of the Bible which didn't make it in...

Perhaps Methusaleh's still as well as Murphy

It reminds me of Bob hope being announced dead 25 years ago . Only to be spotted alive and well. being driven in a car waving to the camera

Reminds me of when a pissed Alan Brazil asked Gary Bushell about Bob Monkhouse... Bushell replied, He's dead.....Oh said Brazil, I heard two versions.....
